Your inner core makes up a cylinder; your pelvic floor at the bottom, the abdominals around the sides, and your diaphragm muscle at the top. These muscles work in precise synchrony to provide critical functions. If there is a disruption of the inner core, you may experience problems controlling your bladder and bowels, pelvic organ prolapse, painful sex, back or pelvic pain, abdominal muscle separation or weak in the core area.
